DreamBot is a highly experimental irc bot written in perl. It's been abandoned.
It has some features, which are mostly hardcoded, and a few of the features
no longer work. It doesn't follow RFC too closely, and might be incompatible.
Short story: Use it at your own risk, as it is a real mess. :)
